Foundry Maintenance Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Foundry Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Watts. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all equipment in the foundry process.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to machine malfunctions in the foundry and lead efforts to return them to operation.
- Initiate and carry out Preventive Maintenance (PM) projects needed for the foundry process.
- Repair and rebuild parts offline.
- Install, start-up, and shutdown foundry equipment following company safety procedures for machine activation and shutdown while following all OSHA requirements.
- A high school diploma or its equivalent.
- A high level of proficiency and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a millwright, craftsman, or skilled tradesman installing, maintaining, repairing, re-assembling, and moving mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and equipment.
- Millwright, heavy equipment, or stationary engineer experience preferred.
- Experience with email, internet search, and file saving.
Work is in a manufacturing environment.
