Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Elite Performance Staffing LLC. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preventative maintenance of production equipment and facilities, with a focus on maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Conduct daily inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Provide general support to the maintenance department, including handling repairs and maintenance requests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by immediate management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; hydraulic and electrical trade school preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to work with electric and hydraulic schematics.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, and share responsibilities with the on-call system.
  • Willingness to learn new techniques and concepts, and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs on occasion or frequently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
  • Experience using electric and hydraulic schematics, with proven troubleshooting abilities.
