As a leader in construction assurance, testing, and inspection services, RCG Moody International Limited offers a comprehensive range of services, including construction materials testing, geotechnical evaluations, environmental engineering, industrial hygiene, and specialized testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate laboratory equipment and conduct geotechnical tests, such as Atterberg Limits, Sieve Analysis, Unconfined Compressive Strength, CBR, and Swell, while analyzing and reporting data.
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and diagrams to observe site activities and execute tasks.
- Make detailed observations and provide limited interpretation of results.
- Maintain thorough documentation and data records from testing outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Availability for off-shift work and overtime as necessary.
- Ability to frequently lift, move, push, and pull weights ranging from 30 to 50 pounds; occasionally over 50 pounds with assistance.
- Effective communication skills for receiving detailed information.
- Capability to kneel and squat occasionally.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Occasional climbing and working at different heights.
- Flexibility to work overnight and off-shift hours.
- One year of experience in soils laboratory testing.
