Job Summary

As a Laboratory Technician with Insight Global, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of laboratory testing for construction materials. Your expertise in civil engineering and geotechnical testing will be essential in assisting with performing laboratory testing, documenting work performed, and communicating test results to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with performing laboratory testing and ensure that all work meets or exceeds minimum requirements set forth in the quality manual and test procedure.
  • Document work performed and communicate test results to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Provide support on engineering projects as directed and assist other personnel as needed.
  • Maintain assigned equipment and ensure that the laboratory has the appropriate resources in place to execute testing per applicable standards.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience working in Civil Engineering/Geotechnical/Construction Materials Testing Lab preferred.
  • SB 101 and SB 201 certification.
  • Graduation from High School or equivalent.
  • Good skills in math and communications.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License.
