Job Description

The Assistant Manager I at Coach is a key member of the store team, responsible for delivering sales results through employee development and mentorship. This role requires a strategic mindset to drive operational efficiencies and ensure Coach's standards and competencies are top of mind.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth across all categories
  • Manage daily operational tasks, including selling and service expectations, payroll, human resources, and loss prevention
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members, working closely with the Store Manager to maintain top talent
  • Develop and implement clienteling strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the market/mall to drive loyalty and business
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely manner, partnering with the Store Manager and/or District Manager as needed

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment
