Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Records Coordinator RN/LPN to join our team at Eagle Care LLC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of patient medical records.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physicians, office staff, and nursing management to optimize the utilization of electronic medical records.
  • Assist nursing staff in maintaining accurate medical records and evaluate the accuracy and completion of records on a regular basis.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to medical records.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • CPR Certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
