About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator at New Hanover Medical Group. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient care and support the efficient operation of our medical office.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
  • Order, interpret, and record results of clinical tests, and report findings to physicians.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
  • Provide patient education on health and wellness, disease management, and treatment plans.
  • Assist with minor office procedures and surgeries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
  • Associate's degree in nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a medical office or hospital.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
