- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HRIS and payroll management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources or payroll administration.
- Proven track record of successful project management and change management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems, including SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP, and Oracle.
- Working knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and systems.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
