Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources or payroll administration.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and change management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems, including SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP, and Oracle.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and systems.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
