About the Role:
Insperity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Management Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Middle Market Solutions team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our clients, helping them to achieve their business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement relationship strategies to drive individual wins and business results for clients.
- Engage with client executives to assess strategic business needs and challenges, and translate business strategy into human capital opportunities.
- Guide clients through a thorough analysis of their business, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and developing strategies to address these areas.
- Position services and sell solutions by consulting with client executives, gaining commitment, and coordinating implementation timelines.
- Leverage internal resources to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed of project status.
- Set high standards of performance for self and others, assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred; Master's Degree in a related field a plus.
- Seven to ten years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of managing relationships with senior leaders and applying financial, industry, and market trends to client situations.
