General Manager - Hometown Toyota

Hometown Toyota is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our team in Ontario, Oregon. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Partner with the Dealer Principal to manage new and used vehicle inventory, pricing, and merchandising
  • Analyze business performance and develop action plans to improve profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee and manage Fixed Operations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required, college degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in the automotive retail industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with ability to drive revenue and profitability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with technology and drive business results through data analysis
