Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our Rapid Decision Unit team at Trinity Health Livonia Hospital. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and mobility.
- Perform routine laboratory tests, such as blood glucose monitoring and urinalysis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Certification as a Patient Care Technician or completion of a Patient Care Technician program.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
