Medical Surgical Patient Care Technician

Trinity Health is seeking a Medical Surgical Patient Care Technician to join our team. As a Medical Surgical PCT, you will provide direct patient care to patients in a medical-surgical setting.
Responsibilities:- Provide basic nursing care to patients, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and mobility assistance.
- Assist with patient transfers, admissions, and discharges.
- Perform routine tasks such as taking temperatures, blood pressures, and pulse oximetry readings.
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Patient Care Technician (CPCT) certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
