Cardiology Clinic Patient Coordinator

At A.P.R., Inc. (AlphaProTemps), we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Service Specialist to join our team in the Cardiology department.
Key Responsibilities- Main point of contact for patient relations, resolving concerns, and escalating as necessary
- Greet patients, check them in/out, collect co-payments, and reconcile payments
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information in CS-Link/Epic
- Schedule appointments, complete patient registration, and process referrals/authorizations
- 1 year of recent experience working in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting
- Ability to read, understand, and respond to detailed oral and written instructions
- Experience with CS/Link - Epic
- 2+ years' recent experience working as a Patient Service Representative in Cardiology
- Understanding of medical terminology
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
