About the Role

At A.P.R., Inc. (AlphaProTemps), we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Service Specialist to join our team in the Cardiology department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main point of contact for patient relations, resolving concerns, and escalating as necessary
  • Greet patients, check them in/out, collect co-payments, and reconcile payments
  • Verify patient demographics and insurance information in CS-Link/Epic
  • Schedule appointments, complete patient registration, and process referrals/authorizations
Requirements
  • 1 year of recent experience working in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting
  • Ability to read, understand, and respond to detailed oral and written instructions
  • Experience with CS/Link - Epic
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years' recent experience working as a Patient Service Representative in Cardiology
  • Understanding of medical terminology
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, depending on experience.
