About the Role

We are currently looking for a skilled Cardiology Clinic Receptionist to join our team at AMI Network in Santa Monica. As a key member of our front office staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome patients and visitors to the clinic with a positive and friendly demeanor.
  2. Manage phone calls and schedule appointments according to patient preferences.
  3. Verify patient information and maintain accurate electronic health records.
  4. Process payments and collect co-payments from patients.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area and waiting room.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Previous experience in a medical receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  4. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $44,000 - $47,200, based on industry standards and location, with opportunities for growth and professional development within the company.
