General Surgeon Position at Prosser Memorial Health
Prosser Memorial Health is actively looking for a board-certified or eligible General Surgeon to join our skilled team at the General Surgery Center. As a nonprofit organization, we are deeply committed to our community, focusing on providing exceptional healthcare and support services to improve the health of our local population. Experience in Critical Access Hospital environments is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a variety of general surgical procedures including but not limited to Appendectomy, Bowel surgery, Breast surgery, Gallbladder removal, and Hernia repair.
- Employ EPIC as the Electronic Medical Record system for efficient patient management.
- Benefit from a 4-day work schedule, with approximately two days allocated for clinic duties and two days in the operating theater. There is also an opportunity to cover at the Prosser Wound Care Center.
- Participate in on-call duties for 10 days each month, with the possibility of additional shifts and corresponding compensation.
- Collaborate with a remarkable team of professionals, receiving robust support from the Administration.
