Job Summary

Prosser Memorial Hospital is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team on a travel contract basis. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care to patients of all ages, including newborns, high-risk patients, and those requiring C-section care.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct routine assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Current RRT licensure and certification.
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
  • EPIC experience required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and on-call.
