- Appearance and Attire: Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to our company's uniform and appearance guidelines.
- Time Management: Manage your time effectively to ensure that all tables are served promptly and efficiently.
- Wine Knowledge: Possess a basic knowledge of wine, including types, pairing suggestions, and wine service procedures.
- Point of Sale (POS) System: Operate our POS system to process orders and manage transactions.
- Closing Procedures: Participate in closing procedures, including cleaning and resetting the dining area, and processing credit card and cash transactions.
Requirements:
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Licenses and Certifications: ATC Responsible Vendor's License.
- Skills: Basic math and computer skills, ability to multitask, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods, and to lift, push, pull, and carry a minimum weight of 50 pounds.
