We are seeking an experienced Lead Applied Behavior Analyst to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA. This is a full-time position, working 4 hours remote per week as part of our incentive plan. Our center-based therapy program serves children between 2 and 10 years old in a friendly, collaborative, and supportive environment.

About the Role

As a Lead Applied Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and reassessments for clients, developing individual goals and objectives, and supervising and coaching Behavior Therapists. You will also provide training in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis to families and staff, and analyze data collected to determine program effectiveness.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of a master's degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of study. You must also possess certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and have a minimum of 1 year's experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary range of $ $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus up to $6,000 annual incentive bonus. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid holidays, PTO, sick time, CEU stipend, and 401K matching.
