About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and reassessments, developing individual goals and objectives, and providing training in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis to families and staff.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our Program Managers to ensure the success of our clients. You will also supervise and coach Behavior Therapists, analyze data collected to determine program effectiveness, and record data into company software and individual files.

Our ideal candidate will possess a master's degree or national equivalent in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field of study. Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is required. Experience with behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, and instructional methods is essential. Knowledge of laws and regulations related to acceptable behavior interventions is also necessary.
