About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Facilities to join our team at Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing timely, competent, and professional delivery of maintenance, engineering, and grounds services for our residents and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cost savings program to optimize our building control system.
- Ensure that our plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems are operating at peak efficiency for each level of demand.
- Provide training and development opportunities for our maintenance, engineering, and grounds employees to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and standards.
- Develop and manage the annual budget for Maintenance, Engineering, and Grounds.
- Review and analyze monthly financial statements to identify variances and areas for improvement.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our beautifully landscaped grounds.
- Utilize our maintenance, engineering, and grounds employees and resources effectively, outsourcing services when necessary to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality customer service.

Requirements:
- Experience with VRV and VRP systems preferred.
- College degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Sciences, or a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Facilities Management and supervising staff with strengths in Mechanical, Electrical, Life Safety, and Fire Protection Systems.
- Health care experience is a plus with strengths in the Environment of Care.
- CMMS is required.
- CPMM certification is required, or the ability to obtain the certification within one year of hire, CPE is preferred.
