Low Voltage Systems Specialist

At ECA Gate & Lock, we are seeking a skilled low voltage systems specialist to assist our clients in resolving technical challenges. Your role will involve visiting various locations to evaluate and troubleshoot issues related to automated gates, telephone entry systems, security cameras, and access control systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing manufacturer manuals to guide your troubleshooting process.
- Conducting preventative maintenance and warranty services for clients' systems.
- Installing new systems and repairing existing ones.
- Verifying the functionality of newly installed components.
- Documenting completed repair projects and parts utilized in our database.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Capability to handle heavy equipment and demonstrate good manual dexterity.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to learn about new products and effectively troubleshoot using provided tools and support.
Compensation:
$55,000 - $90,000 annually
