Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler Specialist to join our team at Chart Industries. As an Electrical Assembler Specialist, you will be responsible for integrating industrial control panels, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic components for automated water treatment equipment and pump controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate industrial control panels, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic components for automated water treatment equipment and pump controls.
  • Wire electrical panels and electrical devices using small hand tools and measuring devices.
  • Point to point panel QA/QC.
  • Read and understand assembly drawings.
  • Continue to build technical depth of Chart water processes.
  • Panel integration and wiring to systems on shop floor.
  • Wire components, panels, and assemblies, including PLC's, motors, drives and power supplies.
  • Assist with equipment installation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Technical school, a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in assembly of electrical/mechanical components and systems.
  • Demonstrated experience reading schematics and understanding assembly drawings.
  • Some exposure or experience to troubleshooting control systems, a plus.
  • Must have a team player mindset.
  • Must be willing and able to work overtime, as needed, including weekends.
