Transforming Internal Mobility at Intuit

We are seeking a Principal Technology Partner to drive the transformation and scaling of internal mobility solutions through end-to-end tech and data solutions. As a key member of our team, you will partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable, end-to-end tech and data solutions that enable our employees to do the work they love while performing at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Internal Mobility mission-based team to drive tech and data strategy and blueprint to drive internal mobility outcomes and metrics.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end solutions using data by design principles.
  • Provide boundaryless leadership and connect design strategies across Internal Mobility, Performance, Talent Acquisition initiatives to ensure integrated end-to-end design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on goals, planning, and prioritization to deliver end-to-end customer experiences, underpinned by data-driven insights.
  • Advocate for and drive improvements in process, systems, and product beyond the offering, with a focus on building a strong data culture throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR tech, product management, product strategy, and product execution.
  • Experience working on internal mobility, talent acquisition, and career development initiatives, with a focus on business architecture and end-to-end tech capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience driving data-driven product strategies and execution plans, with a deep understanding of data by design principles.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and inspire teams to make timely and data-driven decisions, using data to inform business architecture and end-to-end technology capabilities.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across functions and levels, and translate complex technical concepts into business language.
  • Deep understanding of technology and its power to drive business impacts.
