Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service & Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, handling their quotes and orders, and providing timely and accurate support.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Service: Deliver exceptional service to each client, addressing their inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Order Management: Handle clients' quotes and orders, inputting them accurately into our system.
- Document Retrieval: Retrieve good standings and charters from relevant agencies.
- Paperwork Management: Organize and submit paperwork to relevant agencies.
- Service of Process: Process Service of Process and file annual reports.
- Order Processing: Manage order processing, including document typing, editing, proofreading, payment processing, and document scanning.
Requirements
