Program Evaluator Specialist

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking a skilled Program Evaluator to lead the development, design, and implementation of evaluation efforts in support of SCF programs and operations, as well as externally-funded grants and studies. This role has two levels, providing progressively more responsible and independent work experiences.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement evaluation plans, logic models, and data analysis strategies
- Conduct program evaluation independently, using health care data analysis, statistics, social science methods, and project management
- Communicate results of analyses, including culturally-specific programming
- Collaborate with SCF teams to ensure evaluation efforts align with program goals
- Master's degree in a related field, such as Public Health, Indigenous Studies, or Rural Development
- Two years of experience in program evaluation, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated ability to conduct program evaluation independently, using logic models, health care data analysis, and statistics
- Meets all requirements of Program Evaluator I
