Program Evaluator Opportunity at SCF

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking a skilled Program Evaluator to lead the development, design, and implementation of evaluation efforts in support of SCF programs and operations, as well as externally-funded grants and studies. This role has two levels, providing progressively more responsible and independent work experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evaluation plans, logic models, and data analysis strategies
  • Conduct program evaluation independently, using health care data analysis, statistics, social science methods, and project management
  • Communicate results of analyses, including culturally-specific programming
  • Collaborate with SCF teams to ensure evaluation efforts align with program goals
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as Public Health, Indigenous Studies, or Rural Development
  • Two years of experience in program evaluation, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct program evaluation independently, using logic models, health care data analysis, and statistics
Additional Qualifications for Program Evaluator II
  • Meets all requirements of Program Evaluator I
  • Two years of demonstrated ability to conduct program evaluation independently, using logic models, health care data analysis, and statistics
