Business Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to execute Atlanta Employee Engagement and Community Outreach initiatives effectively.
- Deliver project results on time, within scope, and budget, ensuring seamless execution.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, measuring performance and making adjustments as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and third-party vendors.
- Assist in implementing new initiatives to reduce employee attrition and improve overall operations.
- Manage Atlanta WorkJam user access, content, and data, ensuring secure and efficient operations.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, agendas, and materials, ensuring seamless communication.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to support project execution and decision-making.
- Coordinate SVP daily scheduling needs, including meetings and travel arrangements.
- Process and submit expense reports for SVP, VP, and directors in Chrome River, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Coordinate events, lead team engagement initiatives, and celebrations, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage Uniform and Supply ordering for Atlanta Operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Lead hours management report process and ATL NetSuite invoice management, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
- Create and update Atlanta and Southeast Org Charts, maintaining up-to-date organizational structures.
- Manage monthly focus groups, facilitating open communication and feedback.
- Communicate with Atlanta Operations Leadership team regarding project status and company initiatives, adjusting schedules and deliverables as needed.
- Manage Atlanta Operations Leadership Team meeting logistics, agenda, and minutes, ensuring seamless communication and decision-making.
- Maintain board attendance records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking.
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with and supporting senior leadership.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively, efficiently, and with strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional customer-service approach is critical to success in this position, helping to create and reflect the values of collaboration and respectfulness.
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changes and needs in the operations and executive suite.
