Job Title: Regional Sales Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Professional to join our team at The Avers Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Greater Chicago Area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to position our company as the clear market leader
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Conduct sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures
* Identify and resolve potential obstacles to close deals
* Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed established sales targets

Requirements:

* Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales preferred
* Ability to work independently and manage your own time
* Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven self-starter
