Business Development Partner for Restaurants

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Restaurant Partnerships Associate to join our team at MealPal, Inc. in Midtown Manhattan. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building strong partnerships with local restaurants to help their businesses grow.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about the food service industry and has a proven track record of success in closing new business deals. You will be working closely with our restaurant partners to understand their challenges and provide them with a tailored solution that meets their needs.
Responsibilities:- Partner with the best restaurants in your territory to close new partnerships consistently at or above quota level
- Create a high volume of touch points with prospects daily through calls, emails, and drop-ins
- Build a pipeline of qualified leads and drive the full sales cycle to attain new business from merchants
- Become an expert in identifying challenges that restaurant owners face and help them solve these challenges using MealPal
- Able to meet with restaurants in person in NYC
- Bachelor's degree with 0-2 years of experience in a closing or lead generating sales role
- Can-do attitude; relentless hustle; ability to get things done
- Passionate, ambitious, competitive personality. Not afraid of rejection
- Love to talk to people and build relationships over the phone
- Ability to adapt to new situations quickly and think on your feet
- Restaurant industry or hospitality is nice to have
- Must love small businesses and be passionate about helping them grow
- Work daily from our office in Midtown Manhattan
$85,000 On-Target Earnings plus benefits including medical, vision, dental, paid vacation policy, 401(k) with company match, and free lunch & dinner.
