Territory Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our Middle West Spirits team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in the sales of our Middle West Branded Bourbons and Whiskies, OYO Vodka's, and Vim & Petal Gins.
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years experience in the Beverage Alcohol industry with a strong understanding of on-premises and off-premises retailer environments and the three-tier system. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required.
Sales Responsibilities- Maintain a visible presence in the market through distributor work-withs and independently influence retailer purchase decisions on behalf of Middle West Spirits.
- Deliver all volume and distribution plan objectives.
- Delve into relevant training to Bartenders/Waitstaff and to Off-premises decision-makers via presentations and work-with's to build distributor knowledge of, and belief-in, Middle West Spirits and its World Class Portfolio.
- Responsible for all in-market field activity (100% Field Based).
- Regularly analyzes market performance to ensure goals are on track and achieved, and is able to course correct when off-track.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3-5 Years experience within the Beverage Alcohol industry with concentration in Sales.
- Strong understanding of on-premises and off-premises retailer environment and three-tier system.
- Demonstrated ability to develop/maintain effective working relationships and influence with Distributors/Brokers and key accounts.
- Capable of digesting and delivering brand knowledge in a persuasive manner to customers.
- Able to manage multiple priorities.
- Competitive salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
