Job Overview
Middle West Spirits LLC is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the beverage alcohol industry, with 3-5 years of experience in sales and distributor management. As a key member of our branded sales team, you will be responsible for securing new business accounts and servicing existing sales accounts within your assigned territory.

Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Middle West Spirits offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as paid vacation and holidays.

Job Responsibilities
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a visible and value-added presence in the market, both with key retailers and distributors. You will deliver all volume and distribution plan objectives, and provide relevant training to bartenders and waitstaff, as well as off-premises decision-makers. You will also be responsible for conducting new account calls, analyzing market performance, and monitoring in-market spend.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in the beverage alcohol industry, with a focus on sales and distributor management. You will have a strong understanding of the three-tier system and be able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with distributors and key accounts. You will also have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
