As a participant in our Sales Development Internship Program, you will have the chance to be part of a team that embodies these values in their daily work practices.

What You'll Gain

During this 12-week program, you will work on:

Key Responsibilities
  • Researching new leads and uncovering new opportunities
  • Working with prospective customers to utilize TMC's world-class logistics offerings
  • Leveraging outbound sales prospects through outreach via phone and email communications
  • Collaborating with internal teams to craft and propose best-in-class brokerage solutions
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals, guided by a strong mentorship program
  • Using Salesforce and other sales tools, building prospect lists, and sharing results with the sales and leadership teams
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Reliable transportation, as this is an on-site position (no remote work currently available)
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for employment visa status
Credentials to Stand Out
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Management, Supply Chain, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
  • Prior work experience in Sales, Leadership, or Customer Service
  • Graduation year is December 2025 or later
