Join Our Sales Development Internship ProgramAs a participant in our Sales Development Internship Program, you will have the chance to be part of a team that embodies these values in their daily work practices.
What You'll Gain- Hands-on experience in Sales, Transportation, and Logistics
- 1:1 mentorship and guidance
- Weekly intern-specific enrichment opportunities, including field trips
- Full-time, paid real-life experience
During this 12-week program, you will work on:
Key Responsibilities- Researching new leads and uncovering new opportunities
- Working with prospective customers to utilize TMC's world-class logistics offerings
- Leveraging outbound sales prospects through outreach via phone and email communications
- Collaborating with internal teams to craft and propose best-in-class brokerage solutions
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals, guided by a strong mentorship program
- Using Salesforce and other sales tools, building prospect lists, and sharing results with the sales and leadership teams
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation, as this is an on-site position (no remote work currently available)
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Management, Supply Chain, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
- Prior work experience in Sales, Leadership, or Customer Service
- Graduation year is December 2025 or later
