Role Overview

We are in search of an Associate Manager to support our Strategy & Operations efforts. Reporting to the regional General Manager, you will be instrumental in driving growth for our local merchants.

As part of the U.S. Markets team, your contributions will be vital in unlocking new growth opportunities. Daily responsibilities may include designing and executing experiments to increase market share, conducting in-depth data analysis to clarify performance metrics, developing reports and analytical tools, and partnering with teams across the organization to shape our strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform essential business analyses and take decisive actions based on findings. Your analytical mindset will help identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and execute new initiatives. Building relationships across departments is crucial to driving impactful campaigns.

Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years in a relevant field, demonstrating success in managing projects and achieving results in high-performance environments. Experience in high-growth startups is advantageous.
