Dental Support Specialist

Salary: $14 - $17 per hour
Job Description:
As a Dental Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the clinical needs of our patients and doctors. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our experienced team to provide top-notch patient care and make a positive impact on your community.
- Treatment Procedures: Assist during various treatment procedures, including taking dental x-rays, setting up and breaking down operatory post-treatment, executing patient handoffs, and managing infection control.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health.
- Office Tasks: Perform various office tasks as necessary, such as collaborating with the practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is also required, along with active licensure, registration, or permit as required by the state of practice.
