Key Responsibilities:

The following outlines the primary responsibilities associated with this position, though additional tasks may be assigned as necessary. To excel in this role, the individual must competently fulfill each essential duty.

  • Conduct thorough scanning of all new and pre-owned vehicles across various lots.
  • Print and affix all necessary vehicle information stickers on both new and used vehicles.
  • Ensure proper organization of vehicles within the lots, directing personnel to relocate vehicles as required.
  • Prepare and distribute the Vehicle Control Report for all off-site vehicles and the Lease Return Control Report weekly.
  • Update the Advent System with all vehicle inventory data prior to the designated morning deadline.
  • Oversee the receipt of new vehicles, verifying documentation, inspecting keys, programming fobs, and reporting findings.
  • Maintain organization within the lot in anticipation of incoming vehicles.
  • Perform smog checks as necessary.
  • Acquire knowledge of additional logistics duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Availability to work early morning shifts from Monday to Friday.
  • Experience in an automotive dealership environment is preferred.
