Job Title: Support Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Support Associate to join our team at Chico's FAS. As a Support Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor and stockroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor.
  • Reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space and ensure visual appeal.
  • Enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices to items received, and complete store-to-store transfers and Locate requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure visual packet materials, props, and signage are received and processed in a timely manner, and store stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns, and alert store management to cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc.
  • Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.
Customer Experience:
  • Model, support, and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
  • Ensure a fast and efficient register experience, remaining current on policies regarding payments, coupon acceptance, returns, and exchanges, security practices, and other applicable operations.
  • Reinforce buying decisions at the checkout and achieve add-on goals, including gift card sales.
  • Sign up clients for the reward program.
Teamwork and Growth:
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Seek personal developmental opportunities and solicit feedback.

This position may be found in multiple brands, and some duties may vary from brand to brand. We offer a competitive salary range of $16.30 to $20.50, depending on qualifications and location.
