Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at SIGOOK Work Factory, a leading Staffing Agency with 15+ years of experience in the industry. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and developing and presenting alternative staffing strategies to meet their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client operations and develop tailored staffing solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and trust-building
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and sales
- Conduct regular sales and service calls to identify and solve client problems and stimulate new business opportunities
- Work closely with the recruitment department to track client staffing requirements
- Manage marketing efforts to increase sales and promote direct relationships
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales within the staffing industry (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Active outside sales hunter with a proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
- Being bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset
