Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy in receiving operations, ensuring that all products are properly received and stored.
  • Supervise and assign tasks to warehouse associates, prioritizing tasks based on business needs and customer requirements.
  • Review and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate product flow, facility layout, security, and maintenance activities to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Oversee the partnership with LTL providers, managing costs, damage claims, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that inbound trucks are efficiently unloaded and that all products are properly received and stored.
  • Manage staff scheduling and attendance, ensuring that the warehouse is adequately staffed to meet business needs.
  • Provide ongoing feedback, support, and resources to individual staff members to improve performance.
  • Promote a culture of high performance, customer service, and accountability within the warehouse team.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers through email and other channels.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of logistics experience
  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse leadership experience
  • Experience working with Netsuite software required
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills, computer skills, and attention to detail required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
