About the Role:

As a Senior Document Controls Manager at Stantec, you will thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment where you can apply your passion for customer service, attention to detail, and an overall desire to support people.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining document and record control operations, policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Establishing security protocols for the access, storage, backup, maintenance, reproduction, protection, and disposition of all documents.
  • Ensuring effective Quality Assurance through the development and maintenance of efficient and effective procedures and standards for document control.
  • Supporting the workflow and delivery of required documents for a capital Program, overseeing the flow and management of documents from the Program team and other sources.
  • Managing interfaces with all parties involved with the Program's EDMS, ensuring the workflows and distribution matrices are managed for accurate, fast, and efficient information sharing.

Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Bluebeam Revu, etc.).
  • Microsoft SharePoint development and administration experience (required).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar discipline.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience in a document management position, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Experience in an engineering and/or construction environment.

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of responsibility, required skills, and qualifications outlined in this job description.
