About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Document Controls Manager to join our program management team at Stantec.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing document and record control operations, policies, processes, and procedures that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

You will also establish security protocols for document access, storage, and management, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.

Additionally, you will oversee the workflow and delivery of required documents for capital projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate information sharing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement document control policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Establish security protocols for document access, storage, and management.
  • Oversee document workflow and delivery for capital projects.
  • Manage interfaces with EDMS and ensure accurate, fast, and efficient information sharing.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in document management and administration.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
  • Experience in an engineering and/or construction environment.

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
