Position Overview
The role of the Customer Service Representative I involves addressing inquiries from our clients by providing personalized and accurate information. You will enhance the client experience with our offerings and help them navigate our products effectively. Your responsibilities will include researching and resolving various client transactions, as well as offering guidance on service-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries with tailored service and provide clear communication regarding our products, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct research and follow up on client-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor the status of assigned tasks and prepare customized correspondence as needed.
- Utilize various technologies to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for service enhancement.
- Support departmental projects that focus on customer engagement and service improvement.
Experience: 1-2 years in a customer service role or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Experience in telephonic customer service.
- Understanding of company policies and procedures.

- Ability to handle semi-routine assignments with a clear understanding of when to escalate issues.
- Independently follows established procedures with minimal supervision.
- Begins to establish working relationships beyond the immediate department.
