Position Overview

The role of the Customer Service Representative I involves addressing inquiries from our clients by providing personalized and accurate information. You will enhance the client experience with our offerings and help them navigate our products effectively. Your responsibilities will include researching and resolving various client transactions, as well as offering guidance on service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries with tailored service and provide clear communication regarding our products, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct research and follow up on client-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience: 1-2 years in a customer service role or a comparable combination of education and experience.
