Position Responsibilities:

This role, based in our Miami Operations office, is crucial for overseeing the daily functions of the accounting department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Overseeing Work-In-Progress (WIP) reporting.
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Administering cash receipts and general ledger activities.
  • Conducting payroll, budgeting, and cash forecasting.
  • Performing bank reconciliations and analyzing revenue and expenditure variances.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: $150,000.00 to $200,000.00, depending on experience.
