Job Summary

The Corporate Banking Manager will lead the Corporate Banking unit at Trustmark, driving strategic growth and revenue expansion through quality loan growth, deposit growth, and cross-selling of other bank products. This role requires a strong understanding of the local market, compliance laws, and capital market solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead staff to achieve division and corporate goals through loan growth, fees, deposits, cash management services, and cross-selling to other product lines.
  • Expand and monitor customer relationships through referrals and quality service of the department.
  • Develop and execute market strategies for market growth and retention.
  • Responsible for increasing portfolios for corporate banking businesses.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Four-year college education.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in middle market and corporate banking lending or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of proven experience effectively managing individual loan portfolio.
  • Extensive experience in the local market.
  • In-depth knowledge of compliance laws and regulations.
  • Extensive knowledge of capital market solutions and loan syndications.
  • Enhanced knowledge of pricing models, profitability forecasting, and credit analysis practice and procedure.
  • Supervisory experience/management experience.
  • Knowledge of financial service industry.
