Position Overview

The Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering personalized nursing care to residents. This position involves collaboration with residents, their families, and interdisciplinary teams to effectively plan, implement, and assess care strategies. Additionally, the RN may take on the responsibilities of a charge nurse, overseeing and delegating tasks to support staff.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program is preferred
  • Possession of an unencumbered RN license is required
  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred
