Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process payroll, including tax filings and benefits administration
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits, compensation, and policies
  • Update and maintain personnel databases and records
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and maintenance
  • Ensure timely payment and manage budget for office-related expenses
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and databases
  • Provide professional guidance and HR advisory services to employees
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (fluency in Korean is an advantage)
  • At least one year of experience in payroll and tax clearance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SAP ERP
