About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Supervisor to join our team at Vulcan Materials Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aggregate production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance across the plant
  • Plan and coordinate production schedules to optimize plant performance
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of production employees
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement and maintain a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in supervising production employees in an aggregate or mining environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Knowledge of rock and sand mining, ready-mix concrete, and/or asphalt operations and equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
