Individualized Education Instructor

Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is in search of an Individualized Education Instructor to support our private educational institution, Augustine Hills. This role is ideal for seasoned educators who are passionate about making a significant impact on the lives of students.
Location: Wilmington, DE
Employment Type: In-person instructor for one-on-one educational sessions.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM, 3-4 days a week with flexible scheduling options.
Target Audience: Middle School Learners
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of teaching experience, excluding student teaching, at the requested grade level.
- Experience in a special education setting is essential.
- Ability to present core subjects in a differentiated manner tailored to the diverse abilities of students.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to enhance student engagement.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Proficiency in maintaining written documentation related to lesson plans and student progress, along with weekly grading responsibilities.
- Must be available for in-person instruction in the Wilmington area (preferably within a 30-minute commute).
- Possession of a Special Education Teaching certification is mandatory.
