About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a dynamic therapy services company. The team is flexible in determining the nature of the caseload, allowing for opportunities in middle school, high school, developmental speech and language disorders, or Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess speech and language disorders that impact academic achievement.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that address each student's specific needs.
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services to identified students.
  • Work in close partnership with classroom teachers and interdisciplinary teams to support students' speech and language development.
  • Continuously monitor student progress through observations and data collection, allowing for necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Maintain transparent and regular communication with caregivers, offering updates and strategies to foster continued growth at home.

Qualifications
  • School-based and/or pediatric experience working with K-12th grade children.
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • A valid DE SLP license from the Delaware Division of Professional Regulation.
