Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the parts department, including inventory control, purchasing, and personnel management.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste and maximize profits.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, requisitions, and purchases, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Supervise and train a team of employees to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum three years of experience in automotive parts management, with a focus on inventory control, forecasting, and staff supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required).
