We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Sales Customer Engagement professional to join our team and drive our customer engagement initiative forward.

You will be responsible for engaging with customers through various virtual or digital tools, conducting proactive outreach to HCPs on topics such as product access, on-label information, established guidance on patient care, and more. You will also facilitate speaker programs, organize local provider groups for discussions on experiences and outcomes, and elevate opportunities and feedback to ecosystem leads.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, with a minimum of 2 years experience. Preferred knowledge, skills and abilities include previous cross-functional industry experience, clinical nurse or Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) experience, and ability to work in an ambiguous environment undergoing transformation.

Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $102,101 - $145,970, plus incentive opportunity. In addition to a competitive salary, Otsuka offers a comprehensive benefits package, including comprehensive medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage, company-provided Basic Life, ADD, Short-term and Long-term Disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) match, PTO allotment each calendar year, paid holidays, and paid leave programs.
