Your Responsibilities:

  • Instructional Excellence: Develop engaging lesson plans, effectively utilize learning management systems, and objectively evaluate student performance.
  • Student Interaction: Foster a supportive classroom environment, provide constructive feedback, support student development, and maintain accurate records.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest instructional methodologies, attend workshops, and actively engage in ongoing professional development.
  • Additional Contributions: Beyond the classroom, participate in campus activities, events, and meetings, assist in maintaining an orderly classroom, and contribute to a positive campus culture.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of practical experience in the field.
  • Educational background that exceeds the level of instruction.
  • Previous teaching experience is highly desired.
  • Proficiency in various medical procedures and administrative tasks.
  • Experience in phlebotomy, immunizations, venipuncture, injections, pharmacology, EKG, wound care, GYN procedures, and vital signs.
  • Proficiency in dosage calculations is beneficial.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
